Shepherdess Donna Jones' dog, Zac, works daily with a large flock of sheep; in contrast, Marion Turner's Lynne is kept on a smallholding and works less often.

International Supreme Champion Glyn Jones assesses the handlers and encourages more positive commands. He helps them correct a number of common faults so that they can feel confident at the lift, on the drive and when penning. The demonstration is supported by useful graphics..
