Delivery Information

We hold physical stocks of all the DVDs we list for sale and this allows us to ship items very quickly.

Same day despatch where possible.
Provided payment is received before 2pm (UK time) we normally ship orders the same working day.

Next working day despatch.
Orders received at the weekend or for which payments are received after 2pm (on working days) are normally shipped the following working day. (Please remember we sometimes have Bank Holidays here in the UK. These are NOT working days).

Delivery Method (UK).
Goods for delivery within the UK are sent by first class post and normally arrive the day after postage.

Delivery Method (Non-UK).
Goods for delivery outside the UK are sent by aairmail and normally arrive five to seven days after postage.

Privacy

We take the privacy and security of our customers and visitors very seriously.

Contact details.
If you buy from us or contact us, we will never pass your contact information on to a third party unless you request us to do so.

Credit card details.
We do not store credit card details and will never pass them on to any third party.

Returning Goods.

Unwanted Items.
DVDs or other items we sell may be returned (unopened and in their original seal or wrapping) in brand new condition within 30 days of purchase date for full refund of the purchase price (less cost of shipping) or credit towards another purchase if preferred.

Damaged or Faulty Items.
If any items purchased from The Working Sheepdog Website arrive in a faulty or damaged condition, please Contact Us immediately, stating:

• Date of purchase
• Full name and address (of purchaser)
• Nature of the problem

We will do our utmost to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

Cancellations.

Sheepdog Course Training Cancellations.
Sheepdog Training Courses may be cancelled and payment will be refunded in full provided we receive your instruction to cancel, not less than 60 hours before the course start time.
Sending an email does not mean we have received it. Use the telephone number on our Contact Page to ensure we have received your cancellation.

DVD or Goods Order Cancellations.
Provided we receive your instructions prior to despatching the items you have ordered, you can cancel your order and receive a full refund. Please bear in mind that we endeavour to ship items very quickly, so unless you contact us very soon after ordering, this may not be possible.
